How would one describe this film to people? Personally I think it's the "Napoleon Dynamite" of Japanese action comedies. Just a series of skits that really have nothing to to with one another; but still 100% entertaining.

Kamiyama joins school, Hokuto want's to take over the school; but as a side effect to an excuse he inadvertantly creates the GDF. Due to a hijacking Takenuochi is replaced by an adult. GDF needs to find what they're going to fight, they call aliens who try to take over the world. Fake-Takenouchi is found out and leaves, all is almost lost. Real Takenouchi comes back and holds them off until Kamiyama who want's to make the school right saves the day with his heart filled speech only to be cut off by a meteor which pretty much sets the school back to the way it was. This is NOT the anime.
i havent seen this (want to it looks really funny) but i hope this looks notting at al with napoleon dynamite, because that movie sucked balls, really the worst trash i have ever seen.
