Seriously guys, I've looked countless times in my local HMV and Zavvi.
I went to London the other weekend and looked in the HMV at Covent Garden (where they had loads of rare horrors and even Addams Family Values!) but still no sign of La Antena! I looked in both World Cinema AND Feature film for "La Antena", "Antena" and even "The Aerial" (although I'm sure it's listed as "La Antena" in the UK).
I don't have a credit/debit card so I can't order it off the internet without using my mum's card (stop laughing) and she's all "you've got enough DVDs!" (stop laughing).

Blargh! I'm sick of how stores would rather stock generic trash like "[insert genre here] Movie" and Uwe Boll films instead of films that actually have a purpose or professional style! (I can back that up too, as I rarely find David Lynch films in stores)

I bought it today at ICA in The Mall (London). Hope that helps.

Might just ask HMV to order it in..

Picked it up today in the new Zavvi in the "Liverpool One" mall - but I got the last copy.

I was happy to hear that HMV and Zavvi were building new Oxford-Street style megastores in Liverpool, but a little dissapointed when they actually opened. The World Cinema sections are better than we're used to here (HMV seems to have the greater choice of the two) but they are either slow at getting things in, or they wait for "the buzz" surrounding a DVD release before ordering.

Probably just as well, I do enough impulse purchasing as it is.

I've been in the group for years and I know, he always listens.

Yeah I've found HMV are better at world cinema in Peterborough, too.
Thing is, they're damn expensive for it.
Tetsuo: The Iron Man is about £20 and The Guardpost was £15 last time I checked.
Both are in the local Zavvi for £9.

Still no sign of La Antena in Peterborough though! May have to ask Father Christmas and if no luck there then just give in and get them to order it in for me. I've got an NUS card now so it's not too bad :)

I work for the UK distributors of La Antena and even though we've got it into plenty of stores I know it can still sometimes be a little hard to find.

Thanks, I'll bear them in mind. Got a few mates in Nottingham and they have one local. Amazon's currently selling it for just over £10, so if I find myself with a particularly generous pay packet one week I may treat myself.
