What did 'I'm ready' really mean? - spoiler

I wasn't sure what to make of Kate Beckinsales last line. Did she say "I'm ready" because:

A) She didn't want to die but with a gun to her head realized she had no choice but to accept her fate and so made peace with it?

or

B) After dealing with so much misery realized death really was the best way out of her situation and so in a way "agreed" with Glenn's plan to kill her.

.

It could either be A or B

Think if it was you. I'd say both. It's not an "or" answer.

She realized there was no way out. That brings you to a point where you have to face your own demons. In her case it was a miserable life that was forever complicated with the death of her only child, which she had a part in. With a shot gun to the back of your head and all that S*it, what would you do?

"Everyone's special, Dash," she says.
"Which is another way of saying no one is," he replies.

B

For me it was B. I guess you could interpret it either way or both. But the tone/body language pointed to B.

The real truth is, she knows she was responsible for her kid's death. Kate was arrogant, bitchy and selfish. She slept with a married man. She felt she was ready to die for it.

I said it in the other thread, and I'll say it again here:

You've got real issues.

Love isn't what you say or how you feel, it's what you do. (The Last Kiss)

You're the one saying stupid thing. You're an id1ot.
