Something that struck me as horribly wrong with this movie: Do first year med students even take Gross Anatomy? That seems to me that it would be maybe a third or even second year course, but certainly not a first year course.
Am I wrong here?
It is definitely a first year course. The cadaver lab is actually one of the first places they take you.
I don't understand why everyone is so shocked my the gross anatomy labs I just finished my second year of undergrad (I'm NOT in med school) and I've already had cadaver labs in my anatomy class.
It's a horror movie. It works better if the characters react with, well, horror.
What I wonder is whether first-year med students would be addressed as "Doctor". I thought that privilege only came with the piece of paper that says "MD" on it.
