Hey People!!! Okay...so you know at the end of the movie, Roy says, "...and Florida had its own way of keeping us busy." Or something like that? Well, I was just thinking that they should make a sequel to the movie if they had Roy say that. It's just so annoying, trying to imagine what would happen. Besides, Hoot rocked!!!!! It was really awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If anyone has a comment...mean or nice...feel free to reply!!!

Unless they think of a completely different idea. Their cant be a sequel to the movie because the movie was based on a book!!. But i would love for there to be a sequel because this movie is my favorite. My favorite actor of the last 2 years and my favorite new actor are both in it. Logan and Cody.

shareA sequel would be great, but I also think that the concept has enough merit to warrant a weekly hour-long series. There could be tons of environmental stories for a series; think Captain Planet, only without the superhero aspect. The only thing is that the three main characters should be played by the same actors that is in the movie.
A sequel would never happen. New Line Cinema lost almost $20 million on this film. Why make a sequel to that?

It all depends on how much they make on the dvd sales and rentals from this point on. If the dvd does well enough then they could consider a sequel, it wouldn't be the first time that the dvd sales and rentals outdid the box office.

shareI agree. I'd love to see another one. I saw this movie for the first time today (never got around to seeing it in theaters) and I loved it. Hopefully there is a second one. I'd only watch it if Brie, Cody, and Logan (is that the third one?) is in it. It'd be boring (and different) without them. ^I agree with your idea. I hope there is one!
