and inept in every possible way. i hope he wasn't that terrible in the tv show.

i hope he wasn't that terrible in the tv show.

In the show, the 2 movies and other appearances it's the same problem: His personality and motivations change depending on what's convenient for the gag. Sometimes he's a douche, others he doesn't know what he's doing.
