Is there going to be a special edition of the programme to unveil the new companion of The Doctor? If so, is it going to be broadcast within the next few weeks?

There still doesn't appear to be any news regarding a special edition of the show to reveal who will be starring alongside Matt Smith when he starts his tenure as The 11th Doctor. Has anyone heard anything about when it will be broadcast?
