Is this series available on DVD? Or online?

Just curious to see what kind of show it was. I'm in the U.S., by the way, not the UK so I didn't get a chance to see them air.

Not legally, bytes if you know how to use BitTorrent, they can be had. I got the whole series that way.

All the episodes are included as DVD extras, in the Region 2 DVDs at least.

No, some of the episodes are included and most of those are seriously cut down in time.
