Krystal. Just on the way to the rehab centre she committed 107 driving offenses. Plus she has disregard for anybody or anything around her and is more concerned with her phone than paying attention to the road.
I think that conversation that happened between Cody and Mike, needs to happen with her as well. Plus I think for each challenge she shouldn't have her phone with her, just to prove how much of a distracted driver she is.
I'm curious as to whether she is employed, a student or what she does daily. I can't see an employer tolerating not only her constantly being on the phone but too her attitude, especially criticism. I'f she's a student I imagine her grades and teachers would be the same
shareI have to totally agree, and her not being able to take criticism and closing herself off from it is a big concern and see knows it. At least she acknowledges it, but that's not going to help her out if she doesn't change her outlook on texting and driving, I wonder how she'll react if she does end up hitting someone and causing an accident.
Like they did with Diana and forcing her to leave her distraction items in the backseat, I honestly think they need to do this with Krystal and force her to not have her phone with her and leave it in the backseat or with her brother.
I love how doing the annual distracted driving course opened her eyes to the dangers of distracted driving even though she STILL doesn't want to admit she has the problem. I do love the montage they showed of her driving distracted around corners and I do hope that by watching this at home showed the evidence to her.
I wish Andrew would take her phone and drill it against the nearest brick wall. What a hateful bitch. Hope the cops are watching
shareMy personal take is that Krystal is a very insecure person, her belligerence masking that insecurity. She probably clings to her phone and does the constant meaningless texts as a means to feel emotionally connected to others.
shareThat's my impression as well. It does just as much damage to her driving, and her relationships with others, as if it were done out of contempt; but I suspect it's done out of anxiety. I kind of hope so; I'd hate to see anyone so genuinely nasty unless it were a mask for lack of confidence.
shareWell it's official, she's been named Canada's Worst Driver Season 12. I thought she would be named it for his disregard to getting any help and I'm glad it got to a point where both her brother AND Andrew refused to help her anymore.
She had no acceptance of crucial criticism and as a result would give up and stomp away in a fuss. After she made fun of Daniella's driving to the point where Daniella's sister got involved, resulting in a heated argument, I'm glad no one wanted to support her when it was her turn for the "Three in a Car" challenge.
Even during the driving through town challenge when they showed how much it would totally cost for each infraction, she completely disregarded the rules and wanted to do her own thing. I'm scared that it's going to take a serious accident before she decides to wake up and change her driving habits.
