After a pretty successful Irish Film Festival opening, will there be plans for a worldwide release? At least for the US or UK?

That's what I was wondering, I'm keeping an eye on the special screening at my local cinema to see if they show it. They showed Breakfast on Pluto like 3 months after it was released as a special screening so I'm crossing my fingers
