I think he destroyed the whole show and he was the sole reason the show was cancelled. What a mistake it was to cast this guy! He had no chemistry at all with Lake Bell (who I'd like). He seems a complete retard and a bully as well. Hard to get some sympathy for the guy. Every time I wondered wth the writers havent wrote him off the show yet. Everyone could see he just was wrong for the show.

He was very annoying as a character. Also, completely unbelievable. But that was not his acting, it was the direction. Can't really blame the actor for doing what he does for the whole season, and not a single person correcting that.
