Daughter could time travel without....

...losing her cloths? Or did I miss something. I know Clare would leave cloths in the yard for hubby, but daughter didn't require stealing cloths like dad?

But hadn't Alba time travelled to be in the shop doorway when Henry and Clare passed by without noticing her?

Fair point d_b, since we don't see her arrive. I have watched again and the doorway she is standing in is a shop called 'Uptown Tailors' and she is wearing a rather smart child's rain coat, leading us to believe that that is where she got her clothes.

That's a good point, and the movie leaves it ambiguous, but late in the movie Henry teaches Alba to pick a lock, presumably so she can steal clothing or money when needed like he does. He tells her it will come in handy.
