Scenes where Scott + Jack go back in time...... Many Continuity Errors!!

I am going to re-post this because it seem's no one commented on this in my last one. A while back, I watched this film in depth and noticed many continuity errors in the scenes where Scott and Jack go back in time (Mainly the second time when Scott becomes Santa again). Just to name a few...

1. Scott's front yard got bigger and a snowman is present. If I recall from the first movie, the yard was smaller and there was no Snowman (which I think was added for plot reasons). As a result, they don't show the parts where Scott runs up to the former Santa and whenever he looks down at him. I believe the house was a re-created set, rather than using the same house they used in the first one.

2. Both when Jack and Scott cause Santa to fall of the roof, the former Santa disappears the moment he falls on the ground, where as in the first one, he disappeared after Scott got the card out of him.

3. When they use Stock footage from the first movie in the part where Scott is holding Jack down as the events are restoring to normal, it is out of order. Also, the whole scene goes at a rapid pace, where as in the original, it took a while for Scott to find the card, get in the sleigh, etc. None of that is shown.

4. Scott hold's Jack down while the past events are playing out. After he say's "It's something that chooses you", he looks up on top of the roof. It then cut's to the scene where Scott puts on the suit and say's "How do I look, nice?" It then cut's back to the present Scott saying "And your too late" to Jack. How does he know he put on the suit? Scott didn't put on the suit until he was at the next house, with the dog and the burglar alarm. Did he see his past self fly off the roof in the sleigh?

I think this was the worst part of the movie. If you're going to re-create a scene from an earlier movie in the trilogy, it need's to be identical to the first time. Thoughts?

No, they mentioned that Bernard retired.

To redo that scene at the same speed would have been boring and a waste of time since most viewers have already seen that bit. There's no need to put the same exact scene in two movies. They needed to clip it for pacing purposes.

Please don't feed the trolls.

OP is just not thinking not thinking fourth-dimensionally!

Is very bad to steal Jobu's rum. Is very bad.

Yeah, those are issues. It didn't make sense when I saw it. Especially the part that implies Scott put the coat on the roof of his house, when we know that didn't happen.
