Perhaps someone already asked this but had to myself...

For me it was when Frosty/Scott (aka Santa) went back in time, for the 2nd time, and Scott (Santa) got to see the old him put on the suit. It sort of made me question the scene prior when Frosty took him back in time (via trickery) and his past self did not run into them.

Mine was when Santa went to pick up the in laws, and his ex-wife's family. He says 'Nice sweater.' to Neil in a sarcastic way, but neile goes 'THANKS! It's reversible!' and lifts his sweater up over his belly.

I couldn't stop laughing.
