What would happen if Scott dies as Santa? What would happen to his wife and kid since they would still be at the North Pole? Would they have to go back to normal lives?

Either that... or if Buddy was old enough he would become Santa, or Charlie would... Kinda like a monarchy.

If some other guy puts the suit on like Scott did in the first movie then yeah. Makes you wonder what happened to the other guys family when he died.

But DID he die?... Or did he just go back to his pre-Santa life like Scott did in the 3rd one when Jack Frost stole his job?
