The photo of the bisexual on the cover makes him appear more masculine and appealing, but when we see and hear him he's not believable enough to be the person his character is presumed to be.
If this character actually believed himself to be bisexual he'd only be fooling himself.
Nicholas would have been more believable as the bisexual.

I dunno...I personally think he's gorgeous.

What? Do you understand the definition of "bisexual"?

Just for a refresher: bisexuality is the sexual attraction to both men and women.

Bisexuality has nothing to do with masculinity or femininity- those are part of one's gender expression- and you'll find that there are butch bisexual girls, femme bisexual girls, butch bisexual men, and femme bisexual men.

Bisexuality has nothing to do with how attractive you are- there are ugly and beautiful people of all orientations.

If you want to say that it's beyond belief that Nathan was attractive enough to interest Nicholas, Maggie, Joe, and the implied others in his past, that's one thing. But to say that the only bisexual men are masculine and [conventionally] attractive is flat-out wrong.

OP: You do realize that very effeminate appearing men can be heterosexual and masculine appearing men can be gay? It really isn't so difficult to understand.
