Hi,
does anyone know what model the yellow Jeep was that was in the beginning of the film?

I have no idea, but my husband and I have been wondering the same thing since we started watching this movie this afternoon. Anybody know?

Looked like a Land Rover to me. Same for the rebels vehicle.

It isn't a Land Rover; if it were the letters "Land Rover" would be on the front hood and rear of the vehicle in block letters. It is probably a 4x4 built in Eastern Europe. I did a Google search for "SUV" and "Czech Republic" and all that came up were ads selling Western SUV's. Didn't pay attention to the rebels' vehicle. I'd love to know what it is.

I don't think it's a land rover. Probably an old willy's jeep or bronco, maybe even toyota. not sure though.

Whatever the kind of jeep, I wish the idiots would have run to the closer set of trees behind the jeep, that the distant ones across the filed.

don't know if you ever got the answer to this question, but I happened across it as the movie is on and I am watching.

the yellow jeep looks like a 70's International Scout. The headlights and grill kind of make me think so.

They usually had a hard or soft top that could be removed.

It was a Soviet UAZ 469.
