Box cover freaks me out
First, is that Brittany Murphy? She looks better as a brunette. Or maybe it's just the airbrushing.
But mostly the box cover freaks me out because her legs look contorted into some unnatural position. I'm freaking out, man.
I don't know if you're being serious or not, but if you are, you're not alone---I've always thought the poster was creepy-looking, which has kept me from watching the film up until this morning! And, the only reason I finally gave in and watched was because of Dawn French and Catherine Tate. When I found out that those two British actresses were in it, and that the film was set in England, then my mind was set at ease a bit, because while the US is great at doing creepy, England is great at doing cheeky and cozy. And, I was not wrong! Very enjoyable film! But yes, horrible, off-putting poster!
