I just finished watching this flim and I must say I enjoyed it.
Funny and warm. Not cracking up funny but it made me giggle a lot (which I liked). A bit too predictable, but you wouldn't care that much. :)
I didn't know who Finlay Robertson was but I thought he was doing a good job for the part.
Agree! It was refreshing to see someone who played a confident male character not in the typical sense. His performance in the bar scene was the best - it couldn't have gotten better than using physical violence. He used his smarts to beat him instead. Words are the ultimate weapon.

Yes! "Refreshing" is the word! :)
I'm not saying Finlay was amazing or anything but I think it takes some talent to make ordinary conversations sound ordinary (and not boring) on screen. He seemed right for the part.
I wished his character was really an angel when he joked about it. Hehe.
