Is this movie available to rent? I can't get it through netflix or my local video rental stores...

According to Charles Band, the movie in now stores, but like most other Wizard Films, it's unlikely that the movie will be FOR RENT or SALE in too many places. I've never seen or found any either, for sale or rent anywhere.
Usually people think the best place is BLOCKBUSTER, though I don't think they're any better than the other Video Stores. Especially if one store has copies, yet another one doesn't.

It's a little odd because you can get the compilations from Netflix, & their website said Decadent Evil was to be released June 25th, but now it just states "release date unknown". Perhaps distribution problems?

What I meant was that prior to June 25th, Decadent Evil was listed on Netflix as being available on June 25th. Once the 25th came & went, they changed the availablilty to "release date unknown" as if they were expecting the movie but never received it. When Puppets & Dolls Attack is listed as being available now, while Gingerdead Man & Monsters Gone Wild are listed as future releases. It also states that Intruder is available now, when Wizard states it's streeting on Aug 9th. Everything just seems disorganized on getting the movies to the fans.
shareWell GINERDEAD MAN is coming soon, MONSTERS GONE WILD is for sale now on the official website, but not in stores. By street date I think it means "available in stores", different from websites.

I just checked on Netflix again, & it states it is now available. Guess they received the movie about 2 weeks after the street date. Now I just have to see it.

Didn't work on my PS2, might have been the scratches but it's not too bad. I'll try my PC or normal DVD player tomorrow.

Ok, just didn't work on the PS2 and played on my other DVD player nicely.
Not a terrible movie in comparison to the genre of shoestring budget horror movies it's in.
Actually the movie is horribly misrepresented by the DVD box. I expected it to be about Marvin, which it wasn't. He was just a puppet that sat there gibbering every once and a while and got to lick a boob.
