Better or worse than the first?

I have to say that while I hated the first, considering it was overlong, had too many characters, and a lot of them were meanspirited to the point where there were few I truly liked, it at least had a plot that kept you wanting to see when the character would be pushed past their limits and how the climax would go down.

Here, it's way more formulaic. Sure, the cast doesn't come across quite as mean spirited (Taylor's character was pretty cool) but it just felt boring. Given, I didn't see it all, but it just felt bland in comparision to the first one.

Anyways, looking forward to seeing what everyone else thinks.
