Is it just me that noticed in season one, when Stella is sleeping with Dale she mentions that she is on the pill, even though Nathan has had a vasectomy..
then gets up the duff in season 2? (and says Nathan is the only one allowed to to not use protection)
Continuity error, or suggesting that swinging has got her pregnant?

Sometimes a vasectomy can fail and the men are still fertile, or Nathan got it reversed. I found it strange as well but I assumed it was either one of the two above. You can reverse a vasectomy but not a hystorectomy(?).
