Is there still hope for a NA release?

I've seen the film a long while ago, but I'd die to get my hands on a Blu-Ray version. I'd also want a decent dub to show to my friends and family. This deserves a North American release, and more eyes must lay on this masterpiece; it's the best film of all time! OF ALL TIME.
