This part was so random!

That scene is the exact reason I came on here to see if anyone else noticed or was annoyed by it. You'd think a murder in a small town like that would have made front page news. As a whole I liked the movie, but there are a few other things I could pick apart about it.

I always thought that too, being a small town you would think it would be big news. Especially her being such a busy body and in real estate, the whole town must have known her and found out about the murder.

It was relevant because Callie slipped and said that her baby's father was married, and that his wife would probably go back to San Francisco when she found out about the baby. Callie was affraid that Nina's mother would put it together... and tell Nina, so she killed her.

I came here just for that reason! lol. I thought maybe I missed it where they spoke about it or something. I mean a tiny town like that and not a word about it? Anyway, so glad you brought it up. Feel better knowing others thought the same thing. Thanks!
