The s-word?

I never saw this on TV (though I did see a similar movie with snow on palm trees (which one was that, anyway?) but on the DVD I heard one of the characters using the "s" word. Was that originally broadcast? Has the FCC really allowed that on TV now?

reply

The FCC has no jurisdiction over Canada, where it was made. The movie was made for Canadian TV. In Canada, you can say the "s" word during prime time, and even the "f" word after 10:00...

"Spaz" possibly? The only reference I found searching for the S-Word is this article re Tiger Woods' controversial use of the word.

I was 38 then. Age has nothing to do with one's discomfort over offensive language.

What world would that be? of is the facistic IMDB censorship bleeping it out too?
