Does the TSR! Blu-Ray have the Tessa OVA?

To anyone that bought the TSR! BRD from Funimation. I was wondering if it included the Tessa OVA and the Episode 00 promo. I was thinking about purchasing it now that Funimation is releasing season one and "Fumoffu!" to BRD. Thanks a lot for reading and helping!
