the girl who's talking backward in homeroom scene

who is she? she seems very familiar to me, but i couldn't find any of her info.

In the trailer her name was "Takahashi Ariko",
but then in imdb says her name is "Takahashi Mariko"
and through searching, nothing useful came out except an old woman and a gymnastic girl

this IS nonsense, but some help please?
