In September ECW will be returning full-time. WWE will be sending out contracts to former ECW wrestlers to return to the brand this week. It will also consist of up and coming wrestlers who have worked with Paul Heyman in OVW.

It sounded kind of weird when I first heard the news, but with Paul E. in charge, it should be ok. It would be kind of cool to have some of the ECW vets wrestle while Paul E. works in some of the newer talent. That's always how the old ECW was.
