Who probally won't be there but would like to see

I'd like to see Kronus and the Pitbulls.

to correct myself Anthony Durante is dead so I'm sure he would of been a great addition to the show if he would of been still alive.

reply

You can definitely count out Rhyno, which is a shame because he would have a good addition.
I talked to Rob Van Dam at a comic convention a few months ago and he said that while he may be in attendence, there was no way he'd be fit enough to wrestle.

"Bullets! My one weakness. How did you know?"

A new jack and spike vs the dudleys hardcore match would be awesome. Also if they get danny doring shouldn't they get roadkill? Also Chris chetti would be cool to see. Another thing, I thought a couple of these guys were doing shane douglas's ecw tribute show?

"We sort of like the seven eleven. We are not always doing business but we are always open."

reply

Yeah, some of the guys are also doing Shane's June 10 ECW reunion show at the ECW Arena. Tracy Smothers said on his website that he was doing both shows. Rhyno will probably show up to Shane's show as will Raven, Kid Kash, and anyone else affiliated currently with TNA. Don't expect Steve Corino on either show, however. I emailed him personally to ask if he would be on ECW ONS but he said that ECW would be a backtrack in his career and dind't want to do it.

Hey guys, there's some good news out there. Apparently TNA has decided to allow their talent to work the One Night Stand PPV. This would mean we could see the likes of Raven, Shane Douglas, and Jerry Lynn, guys who would really put this show over the top. Here's the link to the page where it's posted:

Don't expect Shane to show up as his personal axis of evil all works for WWE(that being Vince, Shawn, and Flair). Raven and Jerry Lynn might show up, even though their WWE stints weren't much. Does anyone know(howa?) if WWE is interested in Raven again? Before they both retire for good I so want to see an Undertaker/Raven feud. The actual wrestling won't be much, but the mindgames could be stellar. Btw, what made TNA change their mind?

reply

Hey, toxie, it's your wrestling encyclopedia, howa0016 again. As far as Raven goes, WWE is not interested in working with him again. His stint in WWE was anything but noteworthy. Raven and Undertaker did mix it up one time on smackdown a couple of years back in a hardcore match. But, it was a total Taker' squash. Raven is not coming back, his stint in TNA right now is pathetic enough.

As far as TNA letting talent work the One Night Stand show, it will happen but there was a deal. WWE is going to allow TNA to have some copyrighted material in exchange for use of talent. For instance, TNA wants to use the "New Age Outlaws" gimmick and the name "Billy Gunn". They also want to use "X-Pac" and "Rhyno". The "Rhyno" name assumes that TNA will pick him up after his 90 day contract clause is over. Copyrighted material is very valuable, so TNA made a good deal. And I agree with you toxie. Don't expect "Dean Douglas" to show up. I expect Raven and Lynn to make appearances though.

Considering it's only two possible wrestlers, that is a good deal. Although, I still won't care about Billy Gunn or Sean Waltman again, even with their gimmick names. But that's just my opinion, as always. Since it's a guarantee we'll get one last Dreamer/Raven brawl with Bealuh involved, I wonder who Lynn will pair up with since RVD will still be out of action.

reply

Another Dreamer/Raven brawl would be nice, but rumors have been circulating about a Foley/Dreamer match. Either idea is good. As for Lynn, him and Justin Credible had a great rivlary back in 1998. So they could pair up. Lynn vs. Jericho would also be cool since they have never faced each other before. By the way, people have been talking about Mike Awesome showing up. I think that it is a bad idea. The fans would crucify him for what he did with the ECW title and going to WCW with it. It was an unforgivable sin to the fans and Heyman. Just had to say something about Awesome.

I will say this once and only once. DO NOT GO BY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE IMDB CAST LIST! IT IS INCORRECT! The imdb list just names random ECW people in the database. Go to official wrestling websites for updated lists on who is going to be at the pay-per-view. Wrestleview.com updates the talent list regularly along with 1wrestling.com(Joey Styles' website). Look at those lists and not the imdb cast list.

BEULAH! I heard she'll be there only to support Tommy but I'd wish she'll participate. It would be perfect the Dudley's broke her neck to put her out of wrestling and Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman will face the Dudley's.

I Hope She Will Participate!

But If Not!

Hopefully She'll Be There Somewhere!
