No Wilmer Valderamma - who plays Fez in that 70's show?! His voice sounds a lot deeper though as Manny.
shareYou want to know what is funny. When they were advertising the premiere of Handy Manny, I listened to the voice twice and told my husband that is the voice of Fez from That 70's show.... So there is sometimes when he talks and you know the voice.
shareYeah, Wilmer Valderama is the voice of Manny. And it's odd... Manny is apparently supposed to be Latino, but it's Wilmer Valderama without an obivous Latino accent that is there as "Fez"... He does sound a LOT different if you only recognize him as Fez, though.
Oh, and I'm partial to Two-Bit Mathews.
Lance Bass did the voice on Higgleytown Heroes once...he wa slike the mail man or something LOL

shareI was watching an episode the other day with my boys and was wondering if it was the man who played Red Foreman. It was the one where he had Manny fix the trophy. It sure sounds like him!

Lance Bass was in the episode where they fixed up the community center playing a surfer type who helps Manny.
shareI think Lance Bass play's Kelly's teenaged relative that lives with her. It sounds like him every time I see him. I think his name is Eliot or something. There was an episode where he gets a rooster, and the crowing wakes everyone up early, and Manny builds the rooster a chickencoop.
I think Lance was also the voice of a pop singer that came to to sheetrock hills and had a concert in the park.
