Sexual Tension???

No you're right, I totally get that feeling too. I wonder if it will ever culminate into something?

There's no "sexual tension" since this is a kids show, but yes, Manny and Kelly DO have a crush on each other. It never went anywhere beyond ocassionally getting flustered around each other and lots of longing gazes. The farthest it went was the Valentine's Day special. They exchanged Valentine's gifts, and I don't remember if they stated their feelings or even kissed. Like I said, it's a kids show, so things like crushes aren't focused on as much. (Unless it's put in the background, and they have the characters marry each other, like Mrs. Portillo and Manny's grandfather.)
