Bill Westenhofer is the VFX supervisor, Life of Pi/GoldenCompass/Narnia1

I think the VFX are going to look more than fine. This dude knows where it's at. Not to forget that this film doesn't look to be incredible CG heavy either. At least not so far lol. Either way, with this film having a post-production period of a full year, the VFX are going to look great, that's for sure!

The scenery and the action seems well shot as it is in the trailer.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

It does look good already! Man of Steel and BvS both had around 1500 VFX shots, I have a feeling this film will either have the same or less. JL will probably have well above 1500 but that makes sense.
