Why did that crowd just stand there at the car accident?

Seriously. Two cars crash, two people serously injured, and nobody runs over the help, or call 911, or try to get them out of the *beep* car? They just stand there and watch like it's a *beep* side-show? what was wrong with those people!?!

They were extras in a movie doing what they are told to do by the director(s).
