Not at all a bad film.
Just low budget and poorly made. But I think it was a very good film considering its budget and how bad the reviews for it were.

I don't think it was as bad as some of the threads on here made it to be.
It's certainly not Award winning material, but it is what it is a mid-rate psychological horror flick. Good for passing about 90 minutes of an evening.
This was also one of the first feature films in which Chloë Grace Moretz acted, and even at that young age and in those few scenes, she had one incredible screen presence. Every scene with her she totally owned it.
