Is it THAT bad?

I mean, I HAVE seen the trailer, and the camera is bad, the picture is bad, the acting is bad, some bloopers right in the movie, bad lightning, bad action!
But is it really so bad it isn't FUNNY? 'Cause I found some pretty good quotes here. Gotta say I'm surprised. Didn't think a movie like this could have funny material.

The Killer: Ma'am, I need to borrow your cell phone! Someone's been seriously hurt!
Susan Walker: What? Who got hurt?
The Killer: You!
(he hits her with a club)

The Killer: (laughing) Your children? I'll get them too.
Shy Walker: Not in this *beep* lifetime!
(he hits him with a club)

Susan Walker: Walker you get that son of a bitch and bring me back my girls!
Shy Walker: I'm gonna get you, you son of a bitch!

Maze Owner: Jason, what happened in there?
The Goblin: I don't know, some crazy guy beat the *beep* out of me.

Quote 1 & 3 are really funny, quote 2 & 4 doesn't suck at least.
