No, Orlando Bloom did NOT appear in this movie! They chose real actors instead, and Rainer did a terrific job in Orlanda's part. Just for the record.

How interesting that no matter where Andre Schneider and his fans go, the name Orlando Bloom appears. Why is that?

I don't know anything about Bloom. All I know is that "Deed Poll" is extremely well acted. It's a good movie, and I think it's great that they chose unknown but good actors. This way no artificially built-up image could ruin the performance. You see, Brad Pitt will always be Brad Pitt, no matter whether he's playing a policeman, a banker, or Hamlet. And Bloom will always be Bloom, no matter whether he's Legolas, Jimmy in "The Calcium Kid" and so on.
