I'm Always Watching You
Haunted Highway begins with a photographer, Greg Ross (Rand Gamble "Red Eye"), who begins sleeping with his new model Yumi (Hinano Yoshikawa "Who's Camus Anyway"), very soon after she arrives in America from Japan for a photoshoot.
The problem being, Greg is married and his wife Amanda (Laura Putney "JAG") isn't very happy about the affair. When she comes over to confront him about it, things heat up and she is accidentally killed in the scuffle.
Now Greg must drive out to the middle of nowhere to dispose of her body, but the ride on the highway becomes unusually tense, each relentless stretch of rode calling forth memories, and nightmares.
And who is Michael haunted by? His dead wife? Yumi, Himself? Or something far more sinister?
Oh well, I got too bored to watch the rest after about halfway through. So consider this review... ongoing or tapering off, wandering off...
Bad editing, terrible delivery of dialog, unconvincing acting, but an interesting story. Kind of like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
A little drawn out though and long winded. I mean, when Greg delivers his lines after this emotional flashback of he and his wife on their honeymoon, he shows no emotion, no remourse, just deadpan, that's just bad acting. He shows upset but that's not a difficult emotion.
