Picked up by WFE for distribution

There have been two release dates so far for "Brothers Three: An American Gothic". 14 Feb 2007 European Film Market and 20 May 2007 Cannes Film Market.
It looks like this film may have been picked up by Worldwide Film Entertainment for distribution. I wonder if it is only European or whether it involves others markets like US, Canada, British Isle, Australia, Asia, etc.
