#11-20 scarier than #1-10?

Did anybody else think that 11-20 was scarier than 1-10? Really, the part in The Shining was scary (I thought that the bathroom scene "Here's Johnny" was way scarier), and Psycho was great for its time, but the Audition scene is probably the scariest scene I've ever seen. The scene in Misery scared me a few years ago too. Even the Ring was cheesy but scarier than some of the top 10. Anyone agree?

Jaws, Wizard of Oz and Willy Wonka were the ones I can remember disagreeing with.
