what does the h on his neck mean and is the dubbed version a good representation of the japanese version

1. Raisu gave that to him to show that he was the true king of wiggin' specialist (or so says the dub).
2. Never seen the sub, so can't help you there.

that is not what iu ment the h stands for hajike its japanese for "to burst open" in this case to go crasy or wig out that is what i ment (vaca en espanol)
