The whole show is an excuse for them to try and push socialism to the teens and 20 something of this country. this show isnt even that funny maybe they should watch mind of mencia if they want to ever learn how to be funny
Um, I guess you missed the line at the end of the "Boogie Noogie Bunch" cartoon that said "Remeber kids, egalitarian communes breed dissonance." If this show has any political bent, it's anarchist.
I can't believe he called this show unfunny then has "git-r-dun" as his sig...Larry The (retarded inbred hick who thinks pretending to be even more stupid and inbred than he actually is) Cable Guy is about as unfunny as they come.
Please make the distinction that this is "radical" leftist propaganda. This isn't the product of your average John Kerry supporter. Maybe you can't read and were mistaking it for The West Wing. And why can't we have one show. You righties have entire networks devoted to your ideology, not to mention control over capitalist mechanisms responsible for things such as advertising, without which Wonder Showzen wouldn't be possible. I guess what I'm trying to say is: Thank you for gitting R done.
CNN? NBC? COMEDY CENTRAL? CNN is just as left winged as FOX news is right winged. Do you watch SNL or the show they constantly poke fun at Bush, (outside of the fact that he is president and they always get made fun of, but becasue they have a Liberal bias). Not to mention the printing press. i personally dont see how this originalk poster could get something political out of this, and i hate Larry he isnt funny. but in all seriousness the media is liberal, unless you are watching fox news (then its conservative) or if you are listening to the radio (then its typically conservative and independents, with a couple of liberals here and there)
Any political slant SNL might have had is gone by this point. Now the show's loaded with a bunch of clueless nobodies who a year ago were living in dorm rooms living on cold pizza and pot.
Actually, the mainstream news is liberal, but certainly not in the sense you mean it. They're liberal because they don't take any position on anything unless it violates the status quo; they completely ignore and undermine class consciousness; and they focus on completely trivial things instead of politics and economics. Of course, they are paid well to do this. If you think they're "left-wing," you're probably the dumbest person in this thread. If you think "liberal" and "left-wing" are synonyms, you're probably the dumbest person in this thread. How anyone can actually buy the unspoken concept that "somewhere between Fox News and CNN the truth lies" is hysterical. I guess this is what you get from an entire generation raised on television and faux-rebel music.
look, guys.. lets flame him for loving that poor mans comedian, but remember...
Wonder Showzen is not for everyone...Either you like it or you dont.. there is no middle ground....
now, if you will excuse me, im gonna take the money i found in that wallet, and im gonna get me an old school hype man to read me a story(from story time with flava flav.. on the DVD!)
There can be a middle ground, I find the show intelligent at times and weird enough that it attracts me, but when it speaks way too extremely it can offend me but it's not that bad, also the disturbing parts can be very disturbing enough for me to change the channel. OFFTOPIC: I LOVE the music in season 2 finale.
Mind of Mencia - a cheap unfunny imitation of Chappelle's Show
Larry the Cable Guy - just plain awful redneck comedy
The only redneck comedian that is semi-funny in that bunch on Comedy Central is the one who wears a black on black suit, smokes a cigar, and drinks liquor while on stage.
Not all left wingers are socialists, it just appears that way because of the ultra liberals who think they speak for all their party, just like the far right thinks they speak for all the moderates in their party. Don't take the show seriously I think that the show wasn't meant to be serious, more they're trying to cross the line and shock viewers for good entertainment. I don't mind if they bad mouth the government sometimes, we in the U.S have free speech and should be allowed to use it if they want to speak their mind. I do skip the more intense segments that are disturbing though, but the show at times can be clever and weird enough to catch your attention. I don't agree with all the things the program tries to say it is just WAY too liberal for me, but it's pretty interesting and some political comments are intelligent and provoking like when it comes to pharmecuitical companies and the control television has on people. The final episode of season two is pretty interesting intelligent also. Even extreme liberalism can be intelligent sometimes, it's up to the person to listen and decide wether they agree or not. I do agree though that kids and teenagers are a litle too liberal these days and that's why no one can take them seriously because they act stupidly and don't listen to the others with different views, even when they can learn something. Same thing goes for extremists conservatives. People need to stop affiliating themselves with certain parties and start listening to other sides, if Libs would listen to conservatives they'd learn alot of why they're views could hurt teh economy and conservatives need to listen to libs so they can learn about huge social issues. And Carlos Mencia isn't all that funny, but when he speaks politically I do tend to always agree with him.
"I do agree though that kids and teenagers are a litle too liberal these days and that's why no one can take them seriously because they act stupidly and don't listen to the others with different views, even when they can learn something."
no dice, person.
"Kids and teens ...[can't be taken] seriously" because of people who won't give them a chance to speak their mind. Do remember that these kids and teens that "act stupidly" will be running the same country that's currently being run "stupidly" by adults.
Dear Clow987, You sound like some filthy neo-liberal. Which is as disgusting as a neo-con. Wonder Showzen is great because it pushes a clearly ultra progressive agenda on the mainstream. But when you marginalize politics by saying things like "hey we need to find a middle ground between conservatives and liberals" you sound like every other blind nationalist. *beep* liberalism and conservatism both sides feed the capitalist order of greed and murder. And a middle ground between the two is still supporting a system that embraces hegemony, obedience, destruction and tyranny.
Propaganda is to a democracy what the bludgeon is to a totalitarian state.
