The ending left me with a few questions.

Hello. I remember watching this movie the day it premiered, so I may have a few facts wrong.

First, wasn't there some scumbag business man who was chumming the waters, which resulted in the sharks coming to start with.

Second, was there any implications that said scumbag would get arrested for indirectly causing the shark attack?? All I remember was that he was trying to get a tourist attraction shut down to bolster his own resort, and in the end that's what happened. Did he get away with it, or did he get his comeuppance??
