Does anyone know the artist and name of the song that's featured over the end credits of this movie? It is sung by a female artist that sounds vaguely like kd lang and the main chorus is possibly "take me to the sky"...

Can anyone help?

It's called "To the Sky" and it's performed by Angela Ueber.
