the Victim kills more people than the bad guys

The bloke that survived killed 9 people and caused the deaths of two others.
Thats 11 people.

I dont think ive ever seen any other horror film where the good guy kills a lot more people than the bad guy!

He killed more people on screen than the bad guys, but we did it to survive, and killed people who deserved it, so we can assume he didn't kill before or after the events of the movie.

The bad guys (as in Elite Hunting), however? Who knows how many hundreds, if not thousands, of tourists they've kidnapped and tortured to death.

That's what I love about this movie. The last twenty minutes or so are spent showing the protagonist get his revenge against all those sick and twisted idiots and it's very satisfying. Most horror films made around that time always had the highly unlikable villains win at the end and the victims not surviving. Too bad they screwed all that up in the sequel.

Bro, I would kill anyone trying to kill me. They're doing it for the pleasure, but the victim is doing it to survive.

I liked it a lot, they all deserved it. The only thing I didn't like it what happened to him at the beginning of Hostel II. Disappointing he goes through all that just to have that happen.
