Leo won me over with this one

Until Blood Diamond I always thought Leo was a good actor but I didnt like him as a male lead, he was too girlish to my taste (Romeo&Juliet) and I didnt think he had the cool factor to be a male action lead

Then Blood Diamond arrives and it was such a good film and his performance was great. He totally changed my view of him. Then he did Body of Lies which was also very good.

Never paid him much attention but when I watched this the other night I thought this guy is great! As someone mentioned in another thread, it's a performance that seemed more than superb acting, he WAS the character!

He really is impressive, he could have easily with the likes of Titanic and Romeo & Juliet fallen into the romantic dramas & comedies, but has instead done a lot interesting movies.

He got his way. Romantic flicks were never his preference. Filling out helped shed the little boy look.

I didn't like him at all but then I saw this and it changed my mind but you need to watch The wolf of wall street ,,,, what a flick and he's great in this also
