His accent just made me laugh for about the first hour until I chose to look past it. I've looked through a lot of the posts on here and I'm assuming that most of you are American.. DiCaps just sounded like an American impersonating a South African (hence why you're all assured his accent is perfect lol), his real accent even came through occasionally.

It almost sounded like he was parodying himself at times and I'd honestly sit there and say "Huh?" for him when he forgot to at the end of sentences.

I thought his accent flowed reallu well and naturally. Don't get the hate at all.

Me too I have a number of SA friends and they're always saying 'bru' and 'eh'.

Yes. I went through the textbook stages of grief hating on his fake accent, and the way it distracted from the story was so disappointing. And then there were all the overused cliches, like chain-smoking. Yawn.
