What does that even mean?

I think I understand. Only Indian characters in the movie were the five or six main actors. Everyone else - supporting actors, extras - were all white. No other ethnic variety visible in any shot. And this film supposedly takes place in New York, one of the world's largest multicultural cities.

Uh, that's kinda racist. White people like Indian films too.
