With Jodhaa Akbar turning out to be a big grosser, there's no doubt Hrithik Roshan has raced way ahead of a host of other actors in the overseas segment. Earlier it was Shah Rukh Khan who had the maximum fan following abroad. Close on his heels was Akshay Kumar. But now, it's Hrithik!

According to box-office collections, Jodhaa Akbar has been the biggest blockbuster in the overseas market, collecting about $7.5 million (Rs 28 crore). GVN Kumar, project designer for Motion Pictures explains, "In North America, Jodhaa Akbar has got a fantastic opening of $16,02,356 from 100 screens and cumulatively it has collected $33,36,296. In the UK, it has taken a decent opening of £3,63,726 from 46 screens and cumulatively it has collected £9,72,888. In Australia, it has collected $3,94,000." We wonder, is SRK watching?

Guys,I did a bit of a research,& here are the findings:
Jodha Akbar is not the biggest Hit overseas..The one who made the statement ws lying,but this is not the first time,(Remember UTV saying goal was a hitor Priyadarshan saying BB is the biggest hit of 2007?)JA made 32 crores,& will go on the 6th position.In the overseas market,SRK is, unchallenged,With the entire top 5 belonging to him!!Don,the 5th highest movie,made 32.75 crores.However,HR is much ahead of Akki,Chof.

It states clearly that OSO opened much bigger than JA.
Lets not forget,searchindia.com is SRK's most vociferous critic,calling him names even you all have not.

Thats relative. i am a fan of good cinema, doesnt have to serious or boring, I liked tare zammen par, om shanti om, jodha akbar, so coming from a impartial source,

SRK's films are right now bigger, more and oriented to NRI's better

hrithik is yet to diversify properly a fully, dhoom 2 and jodha akbar is a good start , but he need to do many more films before coming to SRK's stage, who is a superstar, with all kinds of films, hits, flops, good bad and the ugly (KANK anyone>?)

same goes for akhi, he makes a lot of *beep* films! some good, many *beep*
