You should definitely see it: it's one hell of a film, although it's not something you go to for light, brainless viewing - it's long and deep.
The plot is about a trainload of marines carrying top secret equipment to Kosovo during the war, who get stopped by the embittered station master, ostensibly for not having the correct paperwork - in fact, it's because he bears a grudge against Americans dating back to his childhood in WW2. The film is about the events that take place over the next few days, as the marine commander on board the train attempts to get his equipment to the front-line with increasing desperation, and tensions in the village mount. You could give it loads of readings, perhaps as a parable of the effects of US foreign policy, or just enjoy it for what it is. Either way, it's a great film that you should certainly see.
