Waqt did better than Lucky!

i couldnt believe that when i heard about it. Waqt was the same family melodrama we've seen so many times. i loved Lucky, i thought it was awesome. people are always complaining of repeitiveness - but when something different comes along, they discard it.

OMG i completely understand what u mean, this film was new and beautiful, innovative, the relationship may have been ambigious, because we didn know how salman's character felt about the young teenage girl, but otherwise the film was brilliant. Waqt on the other hand was just about bearable with Akshayes acting but the rest was BOL!£%KS, the same 'family melodrama we've seen so many times' and even a lil more silly and ridiculous.

'maybe it's because im a londoner'

Its a shame this movie didn't do well it was beutiful, innovative and deep. Its very sensitively done probably why it wasn't appreciated by the average indian audience: there was none of the melodrama Waqt was filled with. the response must have discouraged the director duo, which is really disappointing we could have looked forward to more films from the pair :(
